Thank you to everyone that responded so quickly!  Below are my results:

16 districts track only by days
12 districts track classified by hours and certified by days
9 districts track only by hours
1 district tracks by 2 hour increments
1 district tracks classified (except admin) by hours and certified and
admin by days
1 district only tracks comp time by hours
1 district tracks hourly employees and teachers by hours and admin by days
1 district tracks sick leave by hours and personal and vacation leave by
days
