[Mail_treas] Please create the January SERSREG tape file by 1/27/17

Hello,

We have a plan that should work for everyone:


*         Please plan to create the tape file for the January SERSREG report by the end of the day on Friday, January 27th or sooner.


*         The new software release will be installed over the weekend of January 28-29, providing it is made available to us at that time by the State Software Team.


*         Then, wait to hear from us on Monday, January 30th before completing CHKUPD for the first pay in February.

Thank you for your help in making this a smooth transition to the new SERS reporting format.
