[Mail_treas] Before starting your February payroll, change DEDNAM records 400/590/690 to "P" - Every Payroll

Hello Again,

One more item to discuss:

After you have created the January SERSREG tape file and ran the January PAYDED.... But, before you start your February payroll, make sure you go into the DEDNAM records for the SERS deductions (400/590/690) and change the Pay Cycle from "M"-Monthly to "P"-Every Payroll.
