[Mail_treas] sick leave bank or sick leave sharing

We've been asked by our Board to follow up on a teacher's union request for
a sick leave bank or sick leave sharing plan. If you could please provide
some help in this area, I would greatly appreciate it.


   1. Do you have a model that works well for you? A copy of your contract
   language for that article would be very helpful.
   2. Have you had one and got rid of it due to issues our district should
   avoid? Please tell me about it.

Anything else you can add that I need to know, again, it is greatly
appreciated.
