[Mail_treas] Step Placement on Salary Schedule

Thank you all so much for the responses!  I have put them into a
spreadsheet attached here.  I didn't include all of the responses that I
didn't feel were comparable to our district.  We do not have a step 0 in
our district, so in my example below, I would think the employees would be
placed on step 11 and step 6, respectively.  Our negotiated agreement says
that we will give credit for up to 10 years of experience.   This
conversation came up with our administrative team recently and I was asked
to survey other districts.
