[Mail_treas] Movement of Inside Millage

Good Morning,



My Board is exploring the possibility of moving a portion of our Inside
Millage to our Permanent Improvement fund.



If your district has moved Inside Millage could you let me know of your
experience, positive/negative and any advice?
