Good afternoon, MVECA Assembly Members and friends

MVECA's Fall Assembly Meeting is fast approaching!  Please register as soon as possible so we can determine whether there will be a quorum.  The superintendent and treasurer of each MVECA district are the voting members of our Association Assembly.  If you are unable to attend, please consider sending a proxy holder to vote on your behalf.   Attached you will find the tentative meeting agenda, the minutes of the spring assembly meeting, and the proxy form.  The proxy form can be sent to me via email at any time but must be received by the recording secretary before the start of the meeting.  All are welcome to attend, and we ask that everyone completes the registration so we may obtain an accurate headcount for the event.  Guests can register as nonvoters, and assembly members should complete the registration for their proxy holder.

Date: Thursday, November 09, 2017
Time: Breakfast and check-in at 9:00 AM and the meeting will start at 9:30 AM.
