[Mail_treas] Updated Single Funding Certificate

[Craig Yaniglos]

Does anyone have an updated (post 2014) single funding certificate they can
share.  My auditors are saying the ones we have here are outdated and the
law language has changed.  It should say 2 CFR 225 instead of OMB Circular
A-87.  Please send if you have a new updated form.
