[Mail_treas] W-9's

[Lance Erlwein]

If we did anything other than #1, we would never be able to purchase
anything. We found it best to handle this ourselves. 3/4 of our staff don't
even know what a W-9 is and still wouldn't, even if used crayons and
colored paper to explain it.
