[Mail_treas] Charge for copy machine use

Looking for information on guidelines school districts have established for tracking copy machine usage and then  charging  other /  outside entities for copies.

We are trying to determine how rigid we really want to be with this process.

So for example, if your athletic coach needs to make copies, does the number  /  cost of those copies get charged back to the Athletic Fund or is the cost simply assumed by the General Fund as a routine  cost of doing business.

Or, if your PTO / PTA needs to make copies related to a an event, does your office track the number of copies and bill the PTO / PTA for the cost or is it just absorbed by the district.

Another example would be costs incurred by a Student Activity Group  ( Spanish Club, National Honor Society, etc)  .
