[Mail_treas] OASBO Treasurer proposal

Dear Fellow Treasurers:  In recent weeks there has been a heightened interest on the "strict liability" issue School Treasurers face every day.
There was a discussion at the Annual  OASBO conference where this proposal was discussed.
I am sending the proposal to all Treasurers to reach especially those non-OASBO members as well as other OASBO members.
Please read the proposal over carefully and if you want to share any additional concerns, that may not have already expressed to OASBO,  let me know and I will compile those and send to OASBO for further consideration.
