[Mail_treas] Field House financial operations/accounting

Fellow Treasurers,



We are in the process of finalizing plans for the construction of the
Chieftain Center Field House on our Logan High School Campus.  Nearly
90,000 square feet, six lane indoor track, additional turf area for indoor
soccer, four indoor basketball courts, additional high school programming,
etc.



I am interested in knowing how any of you who have such a facility
financially account for its operations (GF with special cost center,
separate enterprise fund, ??.  It is our intent to hold events there at
least 27 weekends of the year.  It is hoped that these events will help
cover the financial operations of the field house.



Thanks, and look forward to hosting you here in Hocking County (southeast
Ohio).
