[Mail_treas] Sick Leave Donation

Does anyone allow non-union, NON-administrative employees to donate sick
days?  We have a contingent of 5 employees that do not have a negotiated
agreement and are not administration. They include my two assistants, our
EMIS Coordinator, the Superintendent's Assistant, and a computer tech. They
have asked in the past if they are allowed to donate to a sick pool since
they operate from a handbook that does not address it.
