[Mail_treas] Sick Leave Donation

Hi Nicole.

We were advised by legal counsel a few years ago that it is actually not
legal for non-union employees to participate in a sick leave bank.  The
only employees permitted, based on counsel, are those whose negotiated
agreements speak to it.  I would suggest you contact your legal counsel in
case they have a different opinion or audit looks into it and it becomes a
finding for recovery.
