Subject: Management Council (MC) – Planned Maintenance Notice for Saturday January 27th, 2018

Maintenance last night was a success.   In order to complete the maintenance process, we are scheduling one additional window this Saturday.  There will be short outages of individual applications throughout this window, but there should not be total loss of connectivity.  At the end of this process, we will have 100% redundancy across the network and datacenter.

Management Council (MC) – Planned Maintenance Notice

Impact Level 1 – 15 Minute downtime – for each service.

Date:  Saturday, January 27, 2018

Start Time:   6:00 P.M.

End Time:   10:00 P.M.

Services affected:  Most hosted services will be intermittently impacted through the window

Description of Work:
Migrating the last of the non-redundant network links.

Work will begin at 6:00 PM and will be completed by 10:00 PM

Application availability and updates will be posted to https://status.managementcouncil.org during the maintenance window.
