[Mail_treas] MVSBO Bylaws and Resolution for Friday

[Miami Valley School Business Officials]

Attached to this email is the resolution we will ask members to approve at
Friday's meeting.  The resolution is meant to allow the group to start the
process of becoming incorporated (request of OASBO).  Also attached are the
proposed Bylaws which are being approved via the Resolution.  The MVSBO
Board wanted everyone to have time to review prior to Friday's meeting.  We
look forward to seeing you there (registration deadline has passed).
