[Mail_treas] Federal Tax 179D Energy Incentive

Has anyone ever been approached by a  third party vendor (in our case the Alliant Group) on behalf of a building contractor who completed a renovation / addition to one of your  school buildings with a proposal to seek a federal tax deduction (179D Energy Incentive) that would financially benefit the building contractor?
