[Mail_treas] School Resource Officers

We have two officers and contract through the Village Police Department.
One officer is retired and only works during the school year and we pay
100%, the other Police Officer works at the school during the year and in
the summer works for the Village.... we pay during the school year months
and they pay during the summer months.
