[Mail_treas] Register Now for MVECA's Spring Assembly Meeting!

Good Afternoon MVECA Assembly Members and Friends,

MVECA's Fall Assembly Meeting is right around the corner!  The meeting will take place on Thursday, November 8, 2018, at the MVECA/Greene County ESC Commons - 330 East Enon Road, Yellow Springs OH 45387.  Registration and breakfast will start at 9:00 AM and the meeting will begin at 9:30 AM.

The tentative meeting agenda and the minutes from the Spring 2018 meeting are attached for your review.  If you plan on voting by proxy, the attached proxy form must be submitted prior to the meeting.  You may email it to may at mveca.org<mailto:may at mveca.org> or fax it to the number listed on the form.

Please take a moment and click here to register <http://www.mveca.org/protected/EventRegistration.aspx?rCode=43P2I> (including guests and those sending a proxy holder).  We need to be sure that we have a quorum for the meeting and to ensure there are enough seats and food for all.
