[Mail_treas] Food Service Catering

Greetings All,

Our Food Service Director has requested of me an account be set up within
our Food Service Fund to account for catering services to be provided not
only to groups/organizations with the school, but also groups and
organizations outside the school District.

Do any of your Districts offer such a catering service?  Is this allowable?

If so, what type of account structure did you set up for this?

What kind of control procedures did you put in place for this?
