[Mail_treas] Medicaid Billing Solution

Good afternoon!
I'm taking a quick survey on third-party Medicaid billing solutions currently in use by our school districts.  Can you answer the following questions about how your district is filing for Medicaid reimbursements for occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech/language & audiology, mental health (Psychology, Counseling and Social Work), nursing, and transportation?


1.       Does your district apply for Medicaid reimbursements?

2.       Do you use a third party billing solution in order to get reimbursements?  If so, what company/solution are you using?

3.       If you use a third party solution, what is the annual cost?

4.       Is the cost a percentage of the reimbursement, a flat fee, based on number of claims, or other?
