[Mail_treas] Substitute Levy

Good morning!  Southwest Licking LSD is considering placing a substitute levy on the ballot in November 2019.  If you have placed a substitute levy on the ballot, would you please share with me any information you put out to the voter to describe the substitute levy and how it works?
