Attached are the changes. I have heard that it is not enough for the auditors to have accounts marked inactive (*) still included on the report and those accounts should be deleted. I have marked all the accounts that need to be deleted.
Thanks

Good morning!
It's that time of year again - time to verify the MVECA0 user accounts for your district. This is a required item by our SOC1 Audit.
Many of you did this in December as part of your year-end checklist. We appreciate that and you can ignore this request.
The list is in your districts Fiscweb/MVECA-Info area, the report name is USER_ACCOUNTS.PDF. The report will list each user account your district has. If the username listed has an '*' before it, the account is disabled.
The areas to look at are
I_LASTLOGIN - this is the last time the account had an interactive login, like using Reflections
N_LASTLOGIN - this is the last time the account had a Network login. Network logins are things like using the Web apps (USASWEB and USPSWEB), EMIS reports, MonthlyCD and PayrollCD and FiscWEB reports.
P_PWDDATE - This is the date that the password was last changed.
Accounts that have dates for all three of these fields older than 180 days or say None are not being used and are candidates to be deleted. I've gone through and disabled any account that has not been used within the last 180 days (all 3 of the above areas either older than 180 days or never updated).
Also please look at the Identifiers listed. Those control what areas the account has access to. If any changes are needed please let us know.
I need an email from each district with either changes that are needed or a message saying that the report has been reviewed and no changes are needed. If you can have those to me by April 8, 2019 I would appreciate it. I will follow up with districts that I don't hear back from by the 8th.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Brian Hoehner
