[Mail_treas] resolution language - contracts

Good morning!

With regards to ORC 3313.33, does anyone have any resolution language they're willing to share that dispenses with the need to have the board ratify each individual contract/agreement if connected to annual appropriations? I feel like we'll be approving contracts/agreements at every board meeting and it'll slow down the business of the district.
