[Mail_treas] HQPD field on POSSCN

[Denise Ketchum]

Does anyone know what criteria a teacher has to meet to considered HQPD?
I have had several different answers to this question.

One district just marks every teacher as HQPD.
My PD Coordinator has no idea.
Ome-Resa has forward me info from the EMIS manual but that really doesn't
answer my question.

Can anyone help??
