[Mail_treas] Email Retention

Fellow Treasurers,

I'm looking for guidance on email retention.  Our current email system
archives emails indefinitely.   Right now that is not an issue but down the
road storage space may be an issue.   

 

If I understand the requirements emails should be retained based on the
retention schedule for their content.  Unfortunately trying we are unable to
sort emails by content.   

 

How are you handling email archives?   Any suggestions?
