Hello, everyone!  We are experiencing what seems to be a state wide problem
in finding enough substitutes to cover our absences.  

 

Our agency has been brainstorming to come up with ways to help remedy this
problem.  Both in the area of offering employee incentives/bonus to not miss
work as well as strategic ways to get and retain subs.  

 

Would anyone have any input or suggestions on if they are using employee
incentives how that has helped to curb absences and how you structure it as
well as any creative ideas or strategies you've input to help increase your
substitute pool?
