The effective date for Student Wellness and Success funds (permanent law section) is October 17, 2019, which is 90 days after the HB 166 was signed. Starting with that date (October 17, 2019), the expenses can be charged to the Student Wellness and Success Fund. Please, note the expenditures for the work completed prior to October 17, 2019 cannot be charged to this funding.
