[Mail_treas] Business/Finance Committee

I am wondering if you have a Business/Finance Committee at your district.



If so, who are members of the committee AND is it a board committee or an administrative committee.  Board committees must be scheduled and noticed in the same way as board meetings.  They must be held in public and minutes must be taken.  Conversely, an administrative committee is sometimes referred to as a superintendent committee.  Administrative committees may include board members and they are not required to give notice of their meetings or take meeting minutes.  If you have such a committee, how often do they meet?
