I am wondering if you have a Business/Finance/Audit Committee at your district.



If so, who are members of the committee AND is it a board committee or an administrative committee.

(Board members, Supt & Treasurer  (Board appointed Committee)



Board committees must be scheduled and noticed in the same way as board meetings. Yes



They must be held in public and minutes must be taken.  Yes



Conversely, an administrative committee is sometimes referred to as a superintendent committee.



Administrative committees may include board members (I do not believe having Board Members exempts the meeting from a public open meeting notification) and they are not required to give notice of their meetings or take meeting minutes.  (I Believe minutes are a requirement if a public meeting)



If you have such a committee, how often do they meet?  2-4 times per year
