Good morning!

It's that time of year again - time to verify the MVECA0 user accounts for your district.  This is a required item by our SOC1 Audit and needs to be done by 5/22/20.

The list is in your districts Fiscweb/MVECA-Info area, the report name is USER_ACCOUNTS.PDF.  The report will list each user account your district has.  If the username listed has an '*' before it, the account is disabled.

The areas to look at are

I_LASTLOGIN - this is the last time the account had an interactive login, like using Reflections

N_LASTLOGIN - this is the last time the account had a Network login.
Network logins are things like using the Web apps (USASWEB and USPSWEB), EMIS reports,  MonthlyCD and PayrollCD and FiscWEB reports.

P_PWDDATE - This is the date that the password was last changed.

Accounts that have dates for all three of these fields older than 180 days or say None are not being used and are candidates to be deleted.

Also please look at the Identifiers listed.  Those control what areas the account has access to.  If any changes are needed please let us know.

I need an email from each district with either changes that are needed or a message saying that the report has been reviewed and no changes are needed.  Please have those to me by May 22, 2020.
