Bethel Local in Miami County


1.  # of restricted/unrestricted personal days...and do you pay staff for not using them... - up tp three per year.

2.  any sort of sick leave "bank" or "transfer" option... - Teachers Union has a sick leave bank with an option to transfer no more than 2 days per year

3.  how long do you carry employees on the health care under the following situations...

 a. teacher retires... End of contract year - typically August 31st
   and, do you pay that teacher a stipend for early notification of intent to retire, and if so how much...NO

 b  teacher resigns...last day of the month in which he/she resigned unless they completed the school year and then it is the same as retirees.
