1. # of restricted/unrestricted personal days...and do you pay staff for not using them... 3 unrestricted. Can be paid out at $150 per day for unused days and/or carry over up to 2 days to the next year. (all staff)
2. any sort of sick leave "bank" or "transfer" option... No
3. how long do you carry employees on the health care under the following situations...
a. teacher retires...Until the end of the month they retire -
and, do you pay that teacher a stipend for early notification of intent to retire, and if so how much... Yes. $500 if they submit a letter of resignation by March 1.
b teacher resigns...Date of Resignation. If it's a resignation to take another position the next school year, we carry through the end of August until they pick up in their new district.
