Hi Jeff,

1.  # of restricted/unrestricted personal days...and do you pay staff for not using them...3 unrestricted personal days; Any unused days are paid out at $100 per day (sub pay) for unused days OR transferred over to sick leave days for the next year.

2.  any sort of sick leave "bank" or "transfer" option...  No

3.  how long do you carry employees on the health care under the following situations...

 a. teacher retires...If he fulfills his contract, he is covered until the end of his contract pay-out (normally 8/31).  If he retires mid-year, his insurance goes to the end of the month he retires.
   and, do you pay that teacher a stipend for early notification of intent to retire, and if so how much...Yes. $2,000 if he submits a letter of resignation by October 1 or $1,000 if he submits a resignation letter by January 1.

 b  teacher resigns...If he fulfills his contract, he is covered until the end of his contract pay-out (normally 8/31).  This way he is picked up by the new school district 9/01.  If he resigns mid-year, his insurance goes to the end of the month he resigns.
