[Mail_treas] Kiosk Bug

Good Afternoon All,

I wanted to let you know that Kiosk has a bug.
Please notify your staff that when they are processing a leave request to be sure to only click the SUBMIT button one time.
If they double click, two leave requests will be generated.
If by chance you receive a request for duplicate days, you can reject the leave during the approval process, or you can wait until it is exported and the employee can cancel the leave request by logging into Kiosk and looking in Processed Leaves.
You will know that the leave is duplicated because you will receive an error message in USPS-R when you import the Kiosk leave file that a leave can't exceed 1 day.
