[Mail_treas] USPS Release 6.98.0

Good Afternoon,
SSDT has a new USPS release.  Please read the release notes for changes you will notice in various reports, which are listed in the release notes.
You will begin to see W2C, but it is not ready for processing yet.
Please read the IMPORTANT NOTES  at the bottom of the release notes document for additional information about performance improvements.
