Please ensure for the district who need MVECA to convert your file into the sequential file for the data collector we need those send to us no later than 11/27/2023 to ensure we have the opportunity to convert them all before the 11/30/2023 deadline. To convert your file please email us your five-year forecast in the State template (Either Excel or CSV) at helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org>

***Once your 5-Year Forecast is complete in an acceptable format (We recommend using the template that generates from Redesign) please email helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org> for us to convert your file into the sequential file needed for the data collector.

The period P data collection is open to submit the initial school year submission for the Five-Year Forecast. This collection is due by 11/30/2023.

On 9/28/2023 at 9AM we are hosting a webinar refresher training on how to pull the 5 year forecast from USAS and walk through the data collector instructions (attached).
