[Mail_treas] Initial 5 Year Forecast (FY23)- P Collection

Good Morning,

Just a final reminder that the P collection in the data collector for the 5 Year Forecast is due by 11/30/2023. Please ensure the data collector shows the submission has been submitted with valid records (You can see this in the data preview).

If you still need your CSV file converted please ensure these are sent before the end of the day to MVEVA at helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org> so we can ensure we can upload them by 11/29 in the data collector. Then the districts will have to complete the final steps of starting the collection, preparing, and then certify and submit with the PDF assumptions.

If your submission shows submitted with valid records then no additional action is needed.

The period P data collection is open to submit the initial school year submission for the Five-Year Forecast. This collection is due by 11/30/2023.

On 9/28/2023 at 9AM we are hosting a webinar refresher training on how to pull the 5 year forecast from USAS and walk through the data collector instructions (attached).

***Once your 5-Year Forecast is complete in an acceptable format (We recommend using the template that generates from Redesign) please email helpfiscal at mveca.org<mailto:helpfiscal at mveca.org> for us to convert your file into the Sequential file needed for the data collector.
