Hello, everyone,
We are announcing the dates for the 2024 OEDSA conference, so you can get it on your calendars.  The board is working diligently to finalize the agenda.
Important dates and registration information is listed at the end of this email message.
Another email will be sent on August 1, 2024 announcing that registration is open and rooms blocks are available to reserve.

Please make sure your treasurer has the following information for any purchase orders/checks for OEDSA.

Registration Wednesday evening will begin at 6:30
The conference will run from 7:00 pm Wednesday evening through Friday noon

*             Conference registration opens Thursday, August 1st. 2024.  The agenda on the website will not be fully finalized until then.
*             Hotel rooms in the OEDSA block will be available starting Thursday August 1, 2024.
Rates for 2024 will be:
$167 - Single King bed
$172 - Double King beds (yes, double Kings after the recent remodel)

*             Cost of the conference is $300.00 per attendee through Friday, August 28th, 2022.
*             Late registration cost is $350.00 per attendee from Saturday August 29th, 2024 through Thursday September 5th, 2024.
*             There will be no registrations accepted after September 5th, 2024.  NO WALK IN REGISTRATIONS will be accepted!!
*             Conference registration cancellations will be accepted through Thursday, September 5th, 2024 and any refunds granted are subject to a $125 service fee.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to board at oedsa.org<mailto:board at oedsa.org> by Thursday, September 5th, 2024.
Cancellations received after Thursday, September 5th, 2024 will not be accepted for any reason, and no refunds will be issued.
If you are unable to attend the conference, another individual may attend in your place at no extra charge provided the individual
brings a copy of your email registration confirmation, along with your written approval for substitution.
