[Mail_treas] USPS Release Notes and Long Term Illness Mass Load

Good Afternoon All,
Please take a look at the newest USPS Release notes.
You can disregard my email from this afternoon.
SSDT just made a change to the Employee Mass Loader that will accept either id or employee number.
That means the old long term illness spreadsheet that was using employee number will work tomorrow.
