[Mail_treas] Fall Assembly Information

Good afternoon!

This is a reminder that MVECA's Fall Assembly Meeting is one week from today! The tentative agenda is attached, as well as the meeting minutes from the Spring Assembly Meeting.

We do not yet have enough registrants to meet our minimum for a quorum, so please register as soon as you can: Fall Assembly Registration<https://www.mveca.org/protected/EventRegistration.aspx?rCode=5GBPIY>

If you cannot attend the meeting, please consider sending a proxy! You may designate another meeting attendee to act as your representative, or you may leave the proxy form blank to allow the Recording Secretary of the Association to vote on your behalf. The proxy form is attached here. Please be sure to let us know if you have any questions.
