Good Afternoon,

We are getting many password expired emails and it seems our communications sent in June and September may have been missed. If you need to reset your password please follow the steps outlined on the PDF handout attached and also check the spreadsheet for your districts security question answer. Since passwords are now tied to your active directory passwords they can not be reset within Redesign but can be reset using the self service tool on our webpage (also the URL is in the PDF handout).

Good Afternoon,

This is a reminder that your Redesign passwords are synced with MVECA's active directory where now all your MVECA accounts are the same user name and password (Redesign, Student information/DASL, data collector). If you password expires we are not able to reset it but we can forward a request to noc at mveca.org<mailto:noc at mveca.org> as our Tech team are the account managers for the active directory.

Also, we hosted a training on 6/20 to walk through how to enroll in the password reset tool on our MVECA webpage (under Quick Links) to reset your password, please see the attached email that does include a recording to the training, a guide on how to use the password reset tool and a spreadsheet containing the answer to the security question.
