Good Afternoon,
Please find attached the Overtime Mass Load Adjustment spreadsheet.
Once you have calculated qualified .5 overtime to be reported on W2's in box 14 you can enter them on this spreadsheet and mass load them using Importable Entity ADJUSTMENT JOURNAL.
This spreadsheet is also located on the MVECA website.
Click on Fiscal/Fiscal Main Page/Calendar Year-end Documentation/Overtime Adjustment 2025 Only Mass Load Template
You also have the option enter the adjustment manually.  Please refer to the CYE Checklist step 33 for instructions.
