[Mail_treas] Life Insurance (NC1) Board Paid Life Insurance over 50, 000

Good Morning MVECALAND,

We wanted to send a reminder that you need to start thinking processing Life Insurance (NC1) over 50,000 through one of your December pays.
This will apply to any employee receiving board provided life insurance that exceeds 50,000.  Please remember to include any employees that have left your district that you didn't process NC1 at the time they left.
Attached is a WONDERFUL spreadsheet to calculate individuals, multiple employees and a future import spreadsheet.  Thank you Amy Lee!!!!  You are awesome to create and share this!  We did verify that the rate per thousand has not changed.  This will also be discussed at Calendar Year End training.  But I know that some of  you are already working on your second pay of December.
