Hotel Tax Policy:
Room rates shown do not include 10% Occupancy tax and 7.5% Sales Tax (subject to change).
CANCELLATION POLICY
USD 100.00 for cancellations made on or after 09/16/2025.

No Grace Period. Once a reservation is placed, all cancellations between September 16 and November 6 will result in a $100 cancellation fee for each room canceled, charged on behalf of OSBA by the Housing Bureau. Cancellations on or after November 7 must be placed directly with your hotel and will result in a one-night room and tax cancellation fee by your hotel.

An Early Departure Fee equal to one-night room and tax will apply if you checkout earlier than your scheduled departure date. Please verify your departure date at check-in.

Please do not call your hotel until November 6, 2025, they will not have the access to assist you with any reservation needs until after the reservation site is closed. Rest assured that if you have a reservation acknowledgment number from the Housing Bureau, the hotel will honor your booking. Thank you for your consideration.
Starting November 6, 2025, all reservation changes must be made by contacting the hotel directly at 614-463-1234. Please read your cancellation policy carefully, cancellation fees will apply for each room cancelled at any time.
Passkey, its reservation system and/or their agents act only in the capacity of agent for all customers in all matters pertaining to hotel reservations, and as such are not responsible for guaranteed hotel rooms, damages, expenses, inconveniences or damage to any person or property from any cause whatsoever.
