[Mveca_usas] Fiscal Yearend Meeting announcement

Good Morning, MVECALAND!!!

I have scheduled 3 meetings:


1.       4/16/14 - 14N Staff EMIS reporting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16th as a webex at 9:00.  I will send the PowerPoint soon.  Thirty five participants have accepted, thanks!!



2.       5/8/14 - 14H Financial reporting is scheduled for Thursday, May 8th as a webex at 9:00.   We will cover this as a webex and not at the fiscal yearend meeting.  This announcement was just sent out.  Please accept the invite if you are able to join the webex.  ODE plans to publish the manifest on 4/11 for 14H.  The initial manifest will not validate the fy14 changes.  ODE will not accept submissions until 5/2.  I will send documentation prior to the webex.



3.       6/5/14 - Fiscal Yearend meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 5th here at the Greene ESC Commons at 9:00.  SERS and STRS will be here to discuss the membership determination changes effective 7/1/15 and yearend reporting.  We will cover USPS first and USAS will start around 11:00.
