[Mveca_usas] FYE documents

Hello,

Attached is the pdf portfolio of all fiscal yearend documents.  You will see a file with a .db extension.  This just allows you to view the documents in the portfolio.

I've attached the following excel spreadsheets:
ACTCHG - This is the template for using option S of ACTCHG.  Save this as a csv before transferring it to the host directory.   Sheet one of this workbook are specific instructions.  The portfolio has the complete ACTCHG chapter of the USAS Reference Manual. FYI... ACTCHG requires leading zeros on all account dimensions, where applicable.
STRS pickup calculator - Add your pickup percentage in the highlighted field and it will calculate the percentage for each deduction code.  This will only work if the pickup on pickup is flagged as Y in the fringe benefit/xtra compensation flag on the board deduction.
NC1 CALCULATOR- Don't forget to pay the NC1 pay types for anyone retiring that may have had 50,000 or more of group term life insurance.

It will walk you through creating BUDWRK and uploading that file to your Next Year Proposed fields.  The BUDWRK.CSV that you create will not have the leading zeros on the account dimensions.  APPROP is the one program that doesn't require leading zeros.  So, you will be able to take the spreadsheet you receive from each area and upload as is.
