[Mveca_usas] New MVECA User Access Form

Good Afternoon,

As we discussed as our CYE meeting we have a new User Access Form to include updated password controls and Redesign access. The form is located under the Fiscal Main Page on the MVECA webpage. Please save this form and delete/dispose of any older forms you may have saved. Also, this form can be downloaded and opened/saved in Adobe to fill and sign electronically. If you open the MVECA webpage in Chrome and click on the link the document will open in a new window. Click on the Download icon and save it as a PDF and open your saved copy in Adobe. Once you are in Adobe on the right-side toolbar click on the "Fill and Sign" option/icon and select "you" as the person who needs to fill and sign.
