Good morning!

We will be installing the software release on Sunday morning, 12/22/19, at 6:00 a.m.  You will not be able to login to USAS or USPS until approximately 10:00 a.m.  This release is for the new 2020 tax tables and updates to the federal tax deduction for the new W4 requirements<https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-w-4>.
