Good Afternoon,

For our FYE meeting this past May, I updated Step 5 of the Inventory FYE checklist<https://wiki.ssdt-ohio.org/x/xAK_C> in anticipation of the new Document Management and Archival being available at the end of June. I had stated when closing the fiscal year, the report bundle will be automatically sent to the Document Management and Archival instead of being emailed in a zipped format.   In discussing further with the team, until the Document Management and Archival is released and implemented, I have reverted Step 5 back to its original behavior of emailing the bundle instead (highlighted below).

I have included a NOTE in the checklist stating once the Document Management and Archival (aka Document Archive) is implemented in Inventory, when closing the period, the bundle will instead be sent to the Document Archive automatically and the reports will be accessible via a new File Archive option in Inventory.

I apologize for the late update in the checklist but felt it was important to revert this back to its original content in case we have districts closing Inventory early July and the Document Archive has not been implemented yet in Inventory.
